The Forge Ivy Bed

Following an agreement reached with Warrington Borough Council, and cooperation of the car park redevelopers, WASH has been planting-up below the new Ivy fence bordering the graveyard. All the plants in this area were provided free of charge by the committee and supporters of WASH.

At the end of March 2022, the daffodils, grape hyacinth (muscari) proving nectar for the early bees and a splash of forget me not, are out and everything else seems to be doing well
15th of April 2022 and there’s lots of added colour in the ivy bed

Late March 2023 and the Muscari is looking fantastic
