Our second AGM was held on 24th March 2024 followed by an excellent talk from Dr Pat Thurston – ‘Discovering Months. Many thanks to our committed supporters who joined us, there was real engagement with Dr. Thurston’s talk from a knowledgeable audience.
The AGM heard that following a successful fund raising year last year, we started on 1st January with a cash balance of £ we had income in the year of £5,366. With income of £1,140 and costs of £1.769 we closed the financial year with funds of £4,737. The major spend for the year was £825 on our greening the Alleys project.
We were very pleased that Deborah Cook volunteered to join the committee which was unanimously passed.
